With the approval of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) StartMark creates a fast, easy and innovative access to the asset class of startups. You have got the opportunity to invest in upcoming young companies and become part of their success right from the start via StartMark Tokens. This security token is based on blockchain technology and creates a link between traditional securities and digital token-based bonds. This enables investments that were previously inaccessible due to high ticket prices of €100,000 or more. With this brand new asset class you acquire not only shares but also actual participation in startups. In contrast to Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), the security token thus represents a genuine value - a unique selling proposition of StartMark GmbH in the investment market.
